You need to put in all photocopied certificates, phishy test and Mission statement, when you hand it in.
[eg: 'O'Lvl, 'N'Lvl Certificates, and certificates that certify you in the degree.]
PSLE certificate can be put in by your choice.

Remember to bring it. :]
